PROFESSIONAL SECURE OFFICE SPACE

• We will assist with your Design and layout of your office space to suit your needs. Our in-house teams will tailor make your PERFECT OFFICES by assisting you with any partitioning, electrical or flooring needs.
• At the moment we have Immediate Office Space available, ranging from 60m2 to 720m2 in the Vasco da Gama Building

ACCESSIBILITY

• We are based a stone throw away from Eastgate, Bedfordview, OR Tambo Airport and all major highways are just minutes away from us. We have a well maintained lift in both our buildings. We also have facilities in place for wheelchair users.

SECURITY

• To ensure the safety of all our valued tenants we offer 24/7 security. Both buildings have an alarm system linked to an armed response. We as landlords are very involved in our area, we are trustees of an association that monitor the area by 24/7 state of the art camera surveillance systems.

PARKING

• We have ample parking in both our buildings, consisting of basement and outside bays (some shaded). We have allocated parking for visitors.

GENERATOR

• In both our buildings we have a generator that will be on standby during load shedding. Our generators are both WELL maintained. We service our generators on regular intervals, we also start-test both generators every Monday morning to ensure back-up is there when needed.
